Breakfast Smoothie

200ml water
1 scoop favourite Trimshake flavour
1 egg
1 serve compliant fruits

place all in a blender, blend.

I like it best with frozen berries, as they really create a good ‘thickshake’ type of effect and leave the shake nice and cold and thick.

perfect 100g protein serve for women, men could maybe add more protein powder, or a second egg.
